How to Use

Step 1:
Shampoo hair with the NuMe Tourmaline Shampoo 2x to remove excess residue.
For best results, use NuMe Scalp Massage Brush for a deep root cleanse.
DO NOT USE CONDITIONER.
Towel dry and remove excess water with the NuMe Signature Dryer for maximum results.
Root and Scalp must be 100% dry.

Step 2:
Section hair into four areas for even application.
Apply treatment starting from the nape of the neck and work up to the crown.
Focus on frizzy/thick hair starting at the bottom of the hairline.
Take a quarter inch of hair, start at the root, and fully saturate ends with treatment.

Step 3:
Use an applicator brush and wide-tooth comb to apply.
Pull and comb at roots through lengths and ends.
Avoid scalp to protect sensitive skin.

Step 4:
Make sure each strand is fully saturated.
Leave the treatment on for 35 to 45 minutes.

Step 5:
Rinse product out with cool water, medium pressure.
Avoid hot water.
Start rinsing at nape of neck up to top of head.
Rinse out 70% of the product, leaving 30% still in hair.

Step 6:
Blow dry hair straight and smooth to 100% dry using a round or paddle brush.
Hair texture may feel gritty depending on product left in; slight resistance varies by texture and density.
Hair must be 100% dry.

Step 7:
Flat iron entire head, starting at nape, working up in 1” sections.
Iron each section 6–10 times.

Flat iron settings:
350–375°F: bleached, chemically treated, colored, or damaged hair.
400–450°F: virgin, coarse, and thick textured hair.

Step 8:
After ironing root to end, wash hair with Tourmaline Shampoo. Follow with Tourmaline Mask for best results.

Step 9:
Style as desired. Hair will feel significantly softer and smoother after treatment.


PRO TIP:
When rinsing your treatment out - if you have POROUS hair and color-sensitive clients rinse 100% of the treatment out and when FLAT IRONING the hair use a lower temperature from 350 to 400 degrees, depending on your FLAT IRON. (Example: Stubborn gray hair / Red hair color / just had a baby / porous, curly or wavy)
